A very interesting film about "secret" military operations in the US Army. The film is based on a series of alternative ways of doing war which included seeing the enemy with love to try to persuade him of doing evil. The film is funny and witty and recounts the story of a journalist who encountered a member of this secret army who had the ability (among many others) of making goats' hearts to stop just by staring at them.
